This generally takes the form of a request initiated by the applicant company to the relevant finance authority, but Nikosax can process the paperwork for you. This not only saves you time and inconvenience, but real money in terms of administrative cost savings.
Nikosax takes care of all formalities, checks that your (UTA) vouchers are in order and processes the reimbursement claim from beginning to end. When reimbursement is received from the respective finance authority, Nikosax will automatically credit the invoiced national VAT amount directly to your account with only a modest deduction for its services.
