Advance fuel tax refund (DER)
Benefit now from the new “advance fuel tax refund (DER)” service.
With this service option, UTA refunds its customers the fuel tax in advance so that they receive their money once they meet all requirements. This means that you do not have to wait for the tax authorities to refund the money, which in some cases can take several months or even years.
Selecting “DER” means choosing 30 days processing time, which begins once all necessary documents have been received provided the contractual minimum refund amounts per refund country have been met.
For you, the short processing time of DER means optimised cash flow and effective planning.
The following table explains UTA’s DER refund process, powered by NIKOSAX.
